Returns & Refunds Policy (7 Days)
We want you to shop with confidence at Uzuri Online. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
1) Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date you received your order.
2) Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Underwear / intimate garments
We also do not accept returns on items that are:
- Soiled, worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Missing original packaging, labels, tags, or included accessories (where applicable)
3) Conditions for an Approved Return
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original tags/labels attached (if supplied)
- In original packaging (where applicable)
- Not soiled or damaged
4) How to Request a Return

5) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist as quickly as possible.
6) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider
7) Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind/ordered wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong/damaged/defective), we will work with you to resolve it fairly, which may include covering return shipping where applicable.
8) Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange, please submit on the button below and we’ll advise on availability and the quickest way to proceed.
